A fee of HK$1,000 is charged to cover the administrative and assessment costs associated with processing all applications for entry.
Application fee and assessment fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The admissions screening incorporates a variety of assessment tools and focuses on 4 specific areas of need to ensure the School will be able to provide appropriate support: Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, and Physical and/or Sensory. The admissions screening may require attendance at 2 separate sessions.
SEND specialists may also schedule an admissions visit to a child’s current school/provision to gather additional information regarding the child’s level of SEND. During this visit, further documentation will be scrutinised, the child will be observed in class, and discussion will ensue with the child’s teacher.
Once a place is offered and accepted, a non-refundable and non-transferable Registration Fee of $5,000 is due immediately.
Year 1 to Year 6 | $304,500
The students have special educational needs which require high levels of individual teaching and learning adjustment. The provision includes a highly individualised curriculum, which is delivered in tandem with the English National Curriculum.
The School has a low teacher/student ratio, reflecting the high level of interventions required to meet the children’s learning, health and care needs, and class sizes are small.
The specialist staff team has extensive experience and knowledge in developmental disabilities, and individual therapies are provided e.g. Speech & Language, Occupational Therapy
Once a place is offered and accepted, a non-refundable and non-transferable Tuition Deposit equivalent to 10% of the annual school fees is due immediately.
Once the child has taken up the place and attends at the School, the Tuition Deposit is fully refundable under conditions.
Anfield St. Bosco Koon Ying School is a not-for-profit organisation in Hong Kong. The School does not receive any operating or capital grants from the Hong Kong government or from any other public or private institutions.
The Facility Development Fee (Capital Levy) is used to help finance the construction and maintenance of the School, the acquisition of new facilities and equipment, and additions to, enhancement and replacement of these facilities thereafter.
Cost of compulsory school uniform and compulsory transport by school bus.
