Administrative Secretary: Kowloon Tong Campus

Role Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrative secretary with at least 2 years of administration and secretarial experience and proven Accounts skills.

Key Requirements

• Language Skills: Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), preferably with good command of Putonghua.
• Background: Experience of working in a school would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Core Responsibilities & Environment

• The post holder must have good interpersonal skills, be prepared to play a team role and have the ability to function in a demanding and fast-paced school environment.
• There will be specific responsibilities for first aid, and relevant training is provided.

• Professionalism & Discretion: Candidates will need to have a professional attitude, be able to relate easily with young children, parents, school staff and visitors. Discretion and confidentiality are essential at all times, as is sense of humour.
• Work Ethic: The post holder should be self-motivated, methodical, stay calm under pressure and be able to prioritise their own workload.
