Inclusion Support Coordinator (Early Years): Anfield International Kindergarten, Kowloon Tong and Whampoa campus

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, committed and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Coordinator (Early Years) to join our team from August 2026, who will endorse and promote our values, have high expectations and are passionate about guiding students who require additional support for their learning. All teachers must be fully qualified and have QTS to be considered.

GENERAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine the strategic development of Additional Needs and Inclusion policy and provision in the school(s)
• Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the Additional Needs and Inclusion policy and coordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with additional needs or a disability
• Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and carers, and other agencies
• Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside the classroom
• Contribute to constructive team-building amongst teaching and non-teaching staff, parents and governors
• Offer leadership by example and encouragement to children in their care through effective display, by the provision of a stimulating and thoughtful environment, by sensitive rapport with the children and by effective organisation, management and record keeping
