Teaching Assistant (Full Time): Anfield School, Tai Wai campus

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team from August 2026, who will endorse and promote our values, have high expectations and are passionate about supporting pupils within their classroom setting.

GENERAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting either individuals or small groups of pupils within our mainstream classes to meet their varying learning and social needs 
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to define appropriate activities for the pupils in relation to the curriculum
• Make use of adapted conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils or groups of pupils
• Support the class teacher in maintaining and organised and vibrant classroom through displays and resources which are meaningful and purposeful for learning 
• Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside the classroom
• Be an enthusiastic and energetic teaching assistant
• Have a coherent, well developed philosophy of children’s learning and of classroom organisation and support 
• Supporting learning outside the classroom in activities such as community visits, school outings, sporting events or extra-curricular activities
